Successful applicant will have at least 2 years experience as an administrative assistant and possess intermediate level skill set in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This position supports one principal and several managers, performing miscellaneous administrative tasks and calendaring. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Additionally this position is responsible for several department wide and firm wide assignments. Must be timely and professional with a positive, service minded attitude.

Requires at least 3 years of clerical experience in a professional environment. Responsibilities include: project tracking, data entry, preparing and distributing reports, organizing and extracting information using Excel and Access, creating Power Point presentations, ordering office supplies, backing up the receptionist, scheduling, coordinating meetings, writing various forms of correspondence, and various other clerical duties and projects. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are required. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Access are a must.

We are currently seeking experienced Senior Accountants for both our Tax and Audit teams. Requirements include: at least 3 years of current public accounting experience, and CPA license (OR have passed at least one part of the CPA exam).
