Marcus Mims, CPA, Senior Manager/ Business and Tax Services Department
Marcus have over six years of public accounting experience, first with KPMG as senior manager/State and Local Tax Practice leader, and most recently with Grant Thornton as senior manger. Prior to his public accounting experience, Marcus was the director of finance for University Hospital, a regional accountant with Sun Healthcare, and he was also a tax auditor for the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department for 9 years.  Marcus earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University.

Luciana Francia, Client Relations Liaison/Operations Assistant
Luciana has over 8 years of customer service and hospitality experience.

Mury Sutherlin, Staff Accountant/ Assurance Department
Mury has 2 years of experience in the Audit & Risk Advisory department at KPMG, and prior to that was a Graduate Assistant and Computer Lab Supervisor at NMSU.  He earned his Master of Accountancy and his BBA in Accounting and Finance from NMSU.

Shawn Stack, CPA, ABV, Consulting Manager/ Business and Tax Services Department
Shawn has 9 years of experience in public accounting (audit and tax), business valuation, and consulting, most recently as a Principal of his own full service public accounting practice. Shawn earned his BBA majoring in Accounting/Finance and his MBA with a concentration in Accounting/Finance from St. Bonaventure University in New York.

Karen Eaton, Administrative Coordinator/ Business and Tax Services Department
Karen has over 15 years of administrative experience, including 7 years as an Executive Assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Organization Behavior from Northwestern University in Evanston, Il.
