cost segregation

There are considerable New Mexico gross receipts tax savings that can be realized when using a cost segregation study. A cost segregation is a comprehensive analysis performed by qualified engineers and construction experts of a construction project or existing building to determine what components of the proposed or existing structure are personal or real property as defined by the Internal Revenue Code.

As an independent member of the BDO Seidman Alliance, Meyners + Company draws on the resources of a cost segregation team comprised of 20 professional engineers, architects, contractors, estimators and real estate tax professionals.  When combined with our understanding of an appropriate tax regulation, the results are minimum New Mexico gross receipts paid on the project and maximum tax savings to clients large and small.

Meyners + Company exists for the benefit of our clients. We recognize that they are our number one responsibility, and their satisfaction is the most important product we can deliver.
