Since 1983 Bruce has been passionate about building an accounting firm on the foundation of world class service. After beginning his career with several years at a Big 8 firm, he joined with two fellow visionaries to create Meyners + Company – and has never looked back. His credentials include over 25 years of experience in a broad array of capacities including accounting, tax, and consulting services for professional service firms, retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and service organizations. He has served as an expert witness in nearly 100 proceedings as well as having been appointed as a Special Master and Rule 11-706 expert as it relates to accounting and tax matters.

Bruce has appeared weekly on multiple television and radio stations offering tax tips and advice as a resident expert in the field and holds the status of a diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Accounting. He serves on the New Mexico Retiree Healthcare Board, The State Board of Accountancy and chairs the Educational Retirement Board managing a $6 billion dollar pension fund. He served on the Executive Committee of the AICPA’s Management Consulting Services Division and has served on the editorial advisory board of Partner-to-Partner Advisory, a Harcourt Brace Publication.
